MISSION STATEMENT:  We are called to provide a Bible-based program for youth from infancy through college that leads children to a meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ and brings glory to God.

We understand this call to include:

  • The entire congregation's support and commitment by constant prayer
  • Training in discipleship and spiritual growth through Bible study, missions, worship, fellowship, activities by participation in the life of the church.
  • Appropriate pastoral care
  • Outreach to the unchurched in our community
  • Full utilization of our facilities to their best potential
  • Scripturaly based interaction in times of agreement and disagreement
  • Adequate staff and training
 

 Sunday Nights
The goal of Youth Fellowship is to build relationships with each other and Christ, and to seek out better ways to live and serve in today's world as a Christian.

We meet at the youth building where we go and play some form of recreational activity. After that we are joined together in the youth building where we eat dinner immediately followed by updating our prayer board and a short bible lesson. Normally on Sunday nights is our close fellowship time and we only have a short bible lesson that day.

 
Wednesday Nights

The evening starts with dinner at 6:00pm then at 7:00pm we join together in the youth building for our intensive bible study. We adjourn at 8:00pm.

 

  Summer Activities

Vacation Bible School

VBS is for children and youth who have just completed Kindergarten through grade 7.  The Campground comes alive when VBS is in session.
 
Youth Camps

Smyrna Youth Camps are weekend spiritual retreats that take place on the Campground.  Throughout these weekends the children and youth will have a chance to grow closer to God while experiencing all of the fun of overnight cabin camping.
